刚看到报税的guide上面line 364，only you or your spouse or common-law partner can claim the cost of transit passes (to the extent that these amounts have not already been claimed) for:* yourself* your spouse or common-law partner* your children是不是说，如果我不claim月票的话，我老公可以claim他自己的和我的？
