你挑选出这样的房子意义是什么？是说值得买吗？我觉得买房子价格合理当然是一方面，但是还有很多其他的因素，比如位置，新旧，结构，装修，周边环境等等。我相信，贵的房子一定有贵的道理，便宜的当然也有便宜的道理，不能只看一个表面的价格
