你挑选出这样的房子意义是什么?是说值得买吗?我觉得买房子价格合理当然是一方面,但是还有很多其他的因素,比如位置,新旧,结构,装修,周边环境等等。我相信,贵的房子一定有贵的道理,便宜的当然也有便宜的道理,不能只看一个表面的价格
