加拿大华人论坛 蒙特利尔 Montreal去年有一点点收入，现在想申请读书，还可以有奖学金申请的到吗？

问一下这里有经验的移友，我家妹妹去年底登录，刚来她说不想去读书，想去找工作，然后就先去打了一份工作，然后晚上去上法语班，然后昨天说她决定去大学里读专业，我想问一下她去年老板给她的T4显示她有收入2980元加币，这样她去年有这一点收入，她现在决定去夏天去读专业，她想去申请这边的loan and boursal的话，她还可以申请到一点钱吗？还是她一份钱也申请不到？我们不太了解魁北克的那个loan and boursal的系统，听说要是有学生的号码可以进去一个网站打开申请表看看，但是我妹妹现在才开始申请学校，没有那个号码进去不了看。麻烦这些有过类似经验的移友或者大家知道的情况告诉一下我们，谢谢！
