Jan3， 2013 再次查询，突然发现case status突然调成approval，太奇怪。所以我估计很有可能是因为uscis弄错了。。。才有这个乌龙；希望我的approval不是乌龙。。。-------------------------------------------------------很奇怪，的事情，不知道有没有人给点经验。4月份申请H1B9月收到RFE9月回复REF今天查询，发现突然跳到12月22日说case reopened在此之前没有任何的消息，包括任何approval或者是denial——————————————————————————————————We reopened this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER on December 22,2012, and are now reviewing our earlier decision. We also mailed you anotice describing the next steps in the process. Please follow anyinstructions on this notice. Our review should be completed within 30 days.We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need somethingfrom you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change ofAddress online tool to update your case with your new address or call ourcustomer service center at 1-800-375-5283.————————————————————————————————————问题在于，我没有transfer H1B；这是我第一次申请H1B，在此之前也没有受到任何decision。我也就职在同一家公司；没有变化。刚刚经理还在和我们开会。也没有收到任何HR的东西，奇怪。今天状态又更新，显示为On December 26, 2012, we mailed you a notice informing you that your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER, was reopened. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.在这个没有人上班的日子里；律师，HR都在举家欢乐的时候；我却备受煎熬。完全不明白发生了什么事情。谢谢，

不用太担心，移民局已经寄出邮件，等拿到邮件后看到底是怎么回事。移民局也有出差错的时候。情况清楚以后可以打电话去更正。

但是今天律师终于放假归来，然后把那个notice给我发了过来；H1B case reopen的信；但是它的内容非常简短；上面除了姓名，case编号以外，只有如下语句；---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------After review, we have reopened the above application or petition, or reconsidered the decision previously issued. You will receive a notice under separate cover once all action has been completed.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------律师给我回信说，他的猜测是-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------The notice that their website references came in the mail and has no helpful information on it. What I suspect happened - which is why the case is still pending at the USCIS- is that in their system they accidentally closed the file - which is why they have published a notice saying they have 'reopened' the case.------------------------------------------------------------------------------现在心力交瘁，为什么有这么个奇怪的事情发生。请大家帮忙谢谢
