回复: 大温一月份数据出来了。大体看了看,各地区情况差别太大了!!!今年炒房目标明显是:“EverGreen一线”(破墓地和搞鬼林)和“海天一线”(死夸米西和为私乐)。

一旦你拥有房产, 你就拥有了家园,土地,财富和主权.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]回复: 大温一月份数据出来了。QE3将很快推出,否则奥巴马连任都成问题。国内汽油涨价了,原油价格上涨,黄金上涨,澳元上涨,加币破1后,企稳等待突破。用一个滞后的数据来说明未来,实在是看不懂。银行利息还可能走低,因为资金面实在是太宽裕了。房产市场从来就不是一个独立的市场,请不要用单一数据来说明什么,实在是说明不了什么。你觉得房子会跌,就别买。想买的人还是要买。

Royal Bank of Canada did the same on Tuesday. Hints that an economic recovery is taking hold in the United States are putting upward pressure on rates.点击展开...银行促销的把戏,再说TD的贷款量到了,停止促销很正常,否则放过了头,准备金还要增加。请关注央行利率的走向。很多低利率的例子都不是摆在桌面上的,如果你是高端客户或者贷款金额高,利率还可以再谈的。
