All information will also be posted on the front window of the Sales Centre. In order to secure your spot, you must pull your car into the lowest available number (#1 being the first choice of lot), which will determine the selection order of units. You must remain in your car at all times and roll call may be taken periodically to ensure that everyone is present. Only one purchase per person will be permitted, along with only one purchase per parking spot. Therefore if a family member or friend is also looking to reserve a lot, they must wait in a separate vehicle, as this will help keep everything fair and give those waiting a true idea of where they stand in line. When we open, you will be invited inside one by one to sign your reservation paperwork and will also be given your appointment time to sign your purchase agreement. As mentioned above, these appointment times will take place during the week of April 3rd to April 7th during predetermined time slots and may not be rescheduled.
