１５万的房就不要要求太多了，位置都是最差的，房子条件也是很差的

But if you don't care about the location, it would be a good option.Please keep 2 things in mind when you buy an apartment:1. You have to pay a management fee e.g. $200~400 per month.2. For a new immigrant, the bank will request 35% downpayment if you apply for a mortgage, i.e. .you will have to pay $525,00 minimum.
