请问一下，在common-law partner的申请表里，co-signer到底是谁填呢？还是不用填？

回复: 请问co-signer到底是谁填呢？填N/A，Palmer整理的帖子里有说明：B co-signer 共同签字人夫妻配偶团聚的， 不可能有CO-SIGNER；担保孩子的，而孩子没有自己的小孩，不需要CO-SIGNER。一般情况都不需要co-signer，填上Not Applicable。只有配偶或common-law partner可以当。仔细研读一下3900E,中填表说明中P19页B-Co-signer的定义的确是这样说的。Your spouse or common-law partner should complete this section only if he or she is co-signing the application. If you are sponsoring your spouse or common-law or conjugal partner, you cannot have a co-signer; write “Not Applicable” in this section. You do not need a co-signer if you are sponsoring a dependent child who has no children.你的配偶或common-law partner要完成这一部分，如果他(她)是共同签字人。如果你在担保你的配偶，common-law partner 或conjugal partner， 你不可能有共同签字人； 填入“Not Applicable” 。你不需要共同签字人， 如果你担保你的孩子，而他们还没有自己的子女。
