今天收到补料信 请各位前辈大侠帮解In order to continue the processing of your application, further evidence is required to confirm your sponsor's intention to return to Canada.Please provide the following documents from your sponsor,as applicable to your case. You may also provide other relevant documentation to support your application.1 Job offer in Canada,if any2 Settlement of financial matters and assets, if any in HK or PRC.3.Removal notice(eg. notice to post office, bank or other institutions.etc)4.Living arrangements in Canada, if any5.Notice of resignation of Employment, if avaliable6.Letter of Release from the Inland Revenue Department of the Hong Kong SAC signifying that all taxes have been paid and that the individual is intending to leave Hong Kong for good;(for HK residents)If you cannot provide the above requested documents,please submit other official evidence along with written explanations as to why you cannot obtain it.We may conduct verification with the local government or issuing authorities of your documents. We will not tolerate misrepresentation or fraud and your application. WILL be refused if you provide us with false information.怎么才能提供更符合要求的材料，担保人在加拿大。

回复: hk 补料信 求助各位前辈大侠这个补料信一般是要求工作、生活在中国的加拿大公民身份担保人提供返加计划。不知你的担保人之前是否在中国工作，最近才返回加拿大的。点击展开...去年12就回van了 一直到现在，在加生宝宝现在都三个月了。 这种情况也要提供返加计划？返加计划具体是什么呢？ 谢谢

回复: hk 补料信 求助各位前辈大侠尽量提供吧，没有的就写信解释为什么没有。 1 Job offer in Canada,if any - 如果没有，可说明正在找或者说暂时在家照看孩子2 Settlement of financial matters and assets, if any in HK or PRC. 之前离开HK的时候，有没有房产的出售合同或者其他资产的处理文件3.Removal notice(eg. notice to post office, bank or other institutions.etc) 银行销户文件4.Living arrangements in Canada, if any 在加拿大先居住房子的租／买合同5.Notice of resignation of Employment, if avaliable 如果之前在HK工作，从HK离开时的离职证明6.Letter of Release from the Inland Revenue Department of the Hong Kong SAC signifying that all taxes have been paid and that the individual is intending to leave Hong Kong for good;(for HK residents) HK税局的文件，显示无欠税 其实这些都说明担保人要相对长期的回加拿大工作和生活，而不是暂时的回去给申请人办团聚。
