女儿8岁，想和前夫一起生活。不知道我这次是否要申请她？如果申请短登后她再回国怎么保留她的身份？如不申请以后再单独申请会不会很麻烦？

美丽人生牵手走过回复: 一直的困惑她是未成年子女，你带她短登，她就成了永久居民，只要你在她枫叶卡有效期内满足了居住要求成为公民，她那时候又未满18岁，她不需满足居住要求，也可以成为公民了。 具体链接如下： http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizen...ligibility.aspTo apply for citizenship for a child under 18, make sure the following conditions are met: the person applying is the child’s parent, adoptive parent or legal guardianthe child is a permanent resident, but does not need to have lived in Canada for three years andone parent is already a Canadian citizen or is applying to become a citizen at the same time. This also applies to adoptive parents.
