如果入籍申请人在美国正规大学获得本科学历，能否免除入籍的语言要求? 另外如果入籍申请人的小孩(14岁以上在申请入籍时)从小学一年级到高中一直在美国和加拿大接受无间断英语教育，是否能否免除入籍的语言要求? Thanks."联邦移民部今年2月6日向国会递交C-24公民法改革案，对移民申请入籍规定作出重大改变，包括送件前6年在境内须实际住满4年、声明入籍后有住在加拿大的意愿、至少4年每年在境内住满183天、须在加拿大申报个人所得税、所有年龄介于14到64岁的申请人须附官方语言证明并取消移民前居住时间折抵的做法。"

A single course done in English or French does not meet the requirement. The diploma, certificate or transcript should be in English or French. The document must clearly show that the program was completed with English or French as the language of instruction. If the original document is not in English or French then you must also include a letter in English or French from the institution indicating that the language of instruction was in English or French along with a translation of the original document.
