对了，记得还有一个关于时间计算的规定，就是抵达加拿大后到拿到PR这之间在加拿大居留的时间，可以打对折计算在内，请问该规定新政后还有效么

刚用cic的入籍时间计算器查了一下，最快明年八月十号可以申请入籍，有人知道那个新政何时正式执行么，新闻只是报道通过，好像没提及执行时间
