在加拿大换枫叶卡需要有效的中国护照，换护照又要有效的枫叶卡，假如非常不幸，这2个证件都过期了或者都丢失了，那么从操作的技术角度上讲，如何更换枫叶卡和中国护照？请大家指点，谢谢！

人间正道是沧桑 赏 2017-07-10#2 J 157 $0.00 技术上可行，试试这样：先申请枫叶卡（因为只需要护照copy件，不管有无过期），拿到新卡后再在总领馆申请中国护照；如无成功申请到新卡的把握，在总领馆可解释为正在续新卡，可用续卡缴费收据和其他证据给工作人员看。
