8,603 $0.00 我看了ME上的那段话:1.VO表达通过初审用的是We Have completed the initial assessment of your application for permanent residence ,他们没有直接用通过初审来表达,而是用我们已经完成了初审.接下来就是体检,体检合格,如果有BC,也合格,则进入FINAL REVIEW的阶段.2.IRPA与我的判断一样是加拿大移民及难民保护法的意思.(从下面回答1中可以看出)3.在ME表上用的初审的单词是initial assessment ,与FN信上的一致.在FN信第3段的开始有这样一句话:We will conduct an initial assessment of your application.......,但请大家看HK回答我与另外一位朋友的回答中,HK用的是preliminary assessment,从单词的表面意思看initial assessment 与preliminary assessment都是初步评审的意思,究竟是回答EMAIL的工作人员习惯用preliminary 呢?还是这2个单词还有更进一步的细微区别呢?请英语方面的高手点评.4.关于HK回答EMAIL所用的CAU后面的数字,CAU002,006,007,真的让人很难琢磨,也许这只是一个代号吧.5.如其他朋友有新的见解与不同的看法请一定写出来,谢谢.下面贴HK回答EMAIL的2个帖子:1.Subject: CAU-007 SWR Case Status Enquiry for IRPA Federal Skilled WorkersDear Applicant,This refers to your recent case enquiry about your application status. 如果如楼上筒子所说,那HK的审理程序应该是这样的:我们材料递进---秘书审理---材料齐全签发FN---签发FN之日起进入预审阶段---预审完成进入初审---初审合格发ME---收到体检报告---需要BC的通知BC(不需要的省略此步骤)---进行FINAL REVIEW---合格就显示DM发PL信.但HK网上写着FIRST REVIEW 4个月是哪个审呢?预审还是初审??如果是预审那就是4个月预审还有不同看法吗?欢迎继续发表

那发FN前的1-2个月的审理期算什么啊？

综合各方面的材料，我认为可以看出： 排除背调和面试的话，HK的审理分为两个阶段---Initial Assessment 和 Finalization，分别对应我们常说的FN到ME，ME到DM。这从HK给申请人的FN信和ME信中用词的统一性可以得到证实。FN信中提到“We will conduct an initial assessment of your application and will advise you of the results shortly thereafter", ME信中提到“We Have completed the initial assessment of your application for permanent residence in accordance with the new immigration legislation”。由此可见，HK是用Initial Assessment来表述CASE审理的第一阶段的。 至于Preliminary Assessment，请大家注意这只是HK在回答申请人的问询的时候，在Email里使用的一个说法。和HK专用于阶段性表述的Initial Assessment是没有可比性的。尽管从中文翻译的角度来看，P和I都有初步的意思，但HK之所以回避使用Initial，是有它的道理的。它不想给申请人造成错觉。毕竟在签发ME之前，所有的审理都可以叫做初步审理。但是没签ME，就意味着这个初步阶段还没完成，就不能使用它们只用于阶段性表述的Initial Assessment。 总结一句：Preliminary Assessment的完成只是Initial Assessment这个阶段性的大概念中的一个阶段，叫它初审也好，预审也好，都无法改变Initial Assessment尚未OFFICIALLY结束这样一个事实。
