The reply to your question啥意思?点击展开...Before Aug 23, 2005, as you may know all the documents submitted for immigration application must be written in English or French, or must be coupled with so-called certified translation provided by some tranlation institute or organization or whatever who supply in majority terrible service & ridiculous translation to you, but even though you still need to pay high translation fee and you need to await around 1 week or even more to get the translated documents you need. This is really an absurd system, nothing do they understand, who work in so-called certified translation service! I have ever had bad experience with them.
