我是9月3号用ens投递hk,9月4号显示投妥!至今没有划款;前2天发信给vo,vo回信如下;Dear Sir/Madam,We have conducted a computer search according to your name and date of birth, but didn't find any record of your application.For your information, we have already processed applications received at this office before August 2006. If your application was submitted after this date, there would not be any record in our system although payment may have already been processed. Please be patient. We will contact you in due course. If it was submitted before this date, it may have been returned to you by REGULAR mail according to the mailing address on your application form due to incomplete information or incorrect payment. However, we do not keep any record of incoming new applications nor rejected applications. We regret that we are unable to trace your mail should it have gone astray, and provide further information or assistance to you. You may wish to resubmit a new application. You may also want to contact your bank to confirm that we have never cashed your payment.Thank you.看来是寄丢了,唉~ems就是差啊~
