我今年在美国待了五个多月,不到半年,可是移民官要求我办理在美国的无犯罪记录,哪位帮忙告诉怎么办,需要在美国找个律师帮助吗,不是要去一趟吧,好像网上说委托就可以办理,到公安局留着指膜什么的,加拿大的给我的邮件里好像是这样说的,谢谢大家帮忙!!- Foreign police certificate. To obtain the fingerprint forms, you need to requestfingerprint forms from:FBI Criminal Justice Information Services DivisionAttention: SCU, MOD D-21000 Custer Hollow RoadClarksburg, West Virginia 26306When the fingerprint forms are received, you should contact your localPublic Security Bureau to have your fingerprints taken. Please note thatyou are required to pay the necessary fees charged for fingerprintsservice and for the issuance of the police certificates. Once you have the required amount of fingerprints, you can then requestthe police certificates from the proper authorities. You are required toprovide a National FBI police clearance certificate as well as policecertificates for each individual state that you and your dependants haveresided in for 6 months or more. (In this instance, you are onlyrequired to obtain the FBI clearance certificate for LIU, Li)You are required to submit the certificate(s) within 3 months from thedate of this letter. Delays in complying with this requirement mayresult in the refusal of your application.
