我现在在一家外资公司做芯片设计工程师，我查了下NOC应该是2147（computer engineer)，不过我有一个地方不理解，请大家帮忙看看。就是NOC的描述中有一项是Employment requirements.1. Computer engineers require a bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electrical or electronics engineering, engineering physics or computer science.2. A master's or doctoral degree in a related engineering discipline may be required.3. Licensing by a provincial or territorial association of professional engineers is required to approve engineering drawings and reports and to practise as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).4. Engineers are eligible for registration following graduation from an accredited educational program, three or four years of supervised work experience in engineering and passing a professional practice examination.5. Supervisory and senior positions in this unit group require experience.我不明白的地方有几个：1.这些条件是要同时满足还是满足部分就可以了？2.特别是第三条，因为我们的工程师都是公司自己给的头衔，并没有通过什么认证之类的？难道我为了移民还要去搞个国家给的职称么？谢谢哪位大侠，帮忙回答一下。

回复: 职业定位急问！1. You are not require to fulfill the employment requirement. But you are require to match most of the NOC type O, A, B main duties for Visa Officer to award you the MARKS.2. Not required to have a Engineer title with the National registration. This is a REMINDER - to pratise as an engineer in Canada, you are required to register with the Provinces. You could call yourself as an engineer without registration in Canada
