加拿大华人论坛 加拿大留学移民北京CASE-9.1新程序下都有哪些文件需要公证？
在加拿大
收到FN的信函后，看到其中提到了一份可能需要准备的各种资料的清单（Simplified Application Document List.doc (09/2006)）。其中只是说明所有提交的文件都要有对应的英文或法文翻译件。可是没有说必须要进行公证（Note: The following documents must be copies of the original document with English orFrench translation, unless otherwise indicated at time of document request.）。可是在北京使馆的网站上面却看到要求所有的翻译件必须是要连同原件或者是公证过的复印件一起提交（Please know that all translations must accompany the original document(s) or notarized copies. Submitting only the translation is not acceptable.）。我的理解就是比如结婚证，你可以提交原件连同翻译件，或者提交公证过的复印件连同翻译件。对于大多数文件是不可能提供原件的，所以也就是说这些文件都要进行公证。 我想请教这里的各位同学，有没有在9.1新程序下已经被正式要求提供文件的人，到底哪些文件需要进行公证？ 多谢！
