帮一个在美国的朋友问的，他在荷兰访问过一年，现在在美国，不知道怎么办当时的无犯罪记录证明啊？

我刚办过.我是留学.现在在国内.离开荷兰1年.在JUSTIE荷兰移民局的网站上下载表格(荷兰语)填写.然后向移民局说明你需要(VOG无犯罪)的事由(我是办理移民,所以打印加拿大移民手册的前半部分,好象大约10页).再汇29.5欧元到指定帐户.大约2周就可以得到JUSTIE邮寄的VOG证明了.若不清楚,可以和我联系.

只有荷兰语的表格，但是无犯罪证明是荷兰语和英文的。首先是要搞清楚你朋友在荷兰是否办理过居留证，只有这样在移民局才会有他（她）的电脑记录。下面是JUSTIE给我的EMAIL，你可以参考。还有，申请表格的连接我找一下，随后发给你。你朋友需要复印在的荷兰ID。If you are not registered anymore at the townhall in Holland where you lived you can send your request with our form (see attachment) directly to us. Otherwise you will have to do your request at the last gemeente (townhall) where you lived in Holland. You can ask a relative or friend of you in Holland to do the request for you. If you do not have anyone in Holland you can declare this in a signed letter and send your request directly to us. ?Unfortunately we do not have the form in English. We do have a subscribtion of the procedure, which we have sent you with this message.We will give you a brief summary of what you have to fill in on the form.（表格的填写项目，很简单的）1. Gegevens aanvrager:last name(leave this line blank)first nameday of birthplace of birthcountry of birthcurrent addresspostal code, citycountry?2. gegevens organisatie instelling（我复印了移民手册前半部分）This part has to be filled out by the department that requires the certificate. If they however are not able to fill this out, an official letter or brochure which states that you have to aplly for a certificate of good behaviour will do as well.?When you send the form to:Ministerie van Justitieafd. 我现在在荷兰才三个月，要呆两年．我准备最近递材料，要不要办在荷兰的无犯罪公证？要办的话是不是跟你说的一样．

要是呆两年的话，建议办一个，省得以后用到再办太麻烦了。
