加拿大华人论坛 加拿大留学移民急问，谁有资格翻译???

在加拿大

对于S2阶段的补料， 非英文和法文的材料都需要翻译， 请问是需要找有翻译资格的翻译公司才行还是找任意的英文水平足够的人（包括申请人自己）翻译都行？官方说明只是要求accurate translation并未要求notarized or certified traslation.但是很多移友认为应该公证翻译或找专门翻译公司才有效力， 自己的翻译有让移民官不放心的问题。 请高人指教！！！

回复: 急问，谁有资格翻译???问题是， 如果是自己翻译的话原则上是不是也允许， 因为由于地域和时间的关系，找公证和专门公司翻译都不不现实， 所以私下翻译了，但有些担心是不是会不被签证官认可。点击展开...应该不是必须专业翻译或公证,否则说明中应该明确指出。

What should I do to get them translated? All documents in a language other than English or French must be translated into one or the other of these languages. The translation should be attached to a photocopy of the original document. Translations must be done by a professional translator who is not related to you and who does not work for your consultant or representative. The translations do not need to be certified. The translator may attach his or her business card.根据加黑的这句，尽管我是做翻译的，都不能给自己翻。TZ们自翻自可能就更不妥当了。BTW，以上说明是巴黎使馆的，也许适应性有限，大家参考着看。
