去年底新政出来的时候交的表。按软件工程师申请的，因为不在列表中，最近又等钱用，于是写邮件去北京签证处申请退款。 但是回了我两封邮件，第一个是给我个要求refund的表，我填了邮寄过去了。这个没问题，很好理解。 但是今天又收到这个邮件，让我迷茫了。不知道什么意思？到底是进行到哪一步了，还能退钱么？请有经验的tx帮帮看下。谢谢啦！ 内容如下：Dear ***， This refers to your recent enquiry regarding your application for permanent residence in Canada as a Federal Skilled Worker. Please be informed that your entire file has been transferred to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney Nova Scotia, Canada for review. 回复: 北京签证处的回信，帮忙看看什么意思？[FONT=宋体]我们跟你一样的情况，也收到了同样的信，这应该是说我们的材料被转到悉尼审理了，北京不再受理我们的request，也就是说撤案退费的申请应该发到悉尼去。我们发传真到悉尼去申请了，20多天了，没有任何反应，是不是必须要发信过去啊？[/FONT][FONT=??][/FONT]
