如何写解释信-用于无法出具推荐信和证明信的朋友我前面发了一个帖子，把我自己的移民经历说了一下，如需参考，请见：http://forum.iask.ca/showthread.php?t=340035 很多移友给我消息，在问解释信怎么写。我现在把我写的解释信贴出来给大家参考，希望会对大家有所帮助。 如果你的某一份工作，无法出具公司人事部门或者你的经理写的推荐信和公司证明信，那么你就需要写一封解释信给VO，并且要提供辅助材料来证明你确实在这家公司工作。当然解释信中，必须要阐述，你会提供什么材料来证明这一点。 我写的原文如下： Immigration Section Canadian EmbassyBeijing, P.R. ChinaDecember 28, 2009Name: XXX File no. [FONT=楷体_GB2312]XXXXX[/FONT] Unable to Provide Reference Letter from Suzhou XX Factory Dear Immigration Officer: I joined XX factory in October 2004 and worked as Sales Specialist (Chief Representative) and Translator. The factory did not apply employment contract system and social insurance system when I worked there. My individual income tax was deducted and paid by financial department of the factory. In May 2007, I had a dispute with the boss for he failed to pay me salary and commission according to the oral agreement we reached when I joined the factory. I left the factory several days later. Suzhou XXX Factory was a small private-owned enterprise. I was directly under the supervision of the boss. As required by your Office, I shall submit a reference letter provided by my previous employer. I contacted with my previous boss and asked him to issue me such a letter, and he refused. Though I can not provide the reference letter, the e-mails between the clients of the company and me, and internet information of the company (on which I was the contact person) will approve that I was an employee of Suzhou XXX Factory As Sales Specialist, my main duties were: conducted sales operation according to sales plan of the company; liaised with foreign clients; found new clients by attending trade fair, exhibition, from internet and other ways; communicated with clients on problem solution, and provided technical support. I also translated company profiles, sales document, meet agenda, and etc. from English to Chinese and vice versa; provided interpretation and translation service during meetings between the company and foreign clients.
