我问：Dear Sir/Madam, I submited my application to Sydney on April 28 and got my FN on Aug. 5. I have prepared some documents according to SW_DOCUMENT_LIST_EN.PDF. But the email with FN from Sydney asks me to follow the indication of 37155.PDF. Then, which list do you expect me to follow in practice? Moreover, I could not find the template of application forms from your website of Beijing ambassy. Shall I complete the additional family informaiton and details of education and employment with IMM5406E. PDF or the Chinese version document 家属-教育细节空白表.
