在加拿大境外申请了CAIPS的朋友请帮忙看看。问题解决了，谢谢大家我想委托在加拿大的朋友查询CAIPS。可是不知道这两张表格(ACCESS TO INFORMATION AND PERSONAL INFORMATION REQUEST; AUTHORITY TO RELEASE PERSONAL INFORMATION TO A DESIGNATED INDIVIDUAL,)邮寄到哪里？请知道的朋友指点一二。先谢谢啦。
