Someone, rather than creating a separate discussion, asked at the tail-end of another discussion how to access CAIPS notes. So, for those of you who want to do so, CIC's instructional link is: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp The fee is $5/- CAD. If you receive your CAIPS notes, on the second page you can ascertain if your file has been assessed. There are two fields: PSDEC and SELDEC. The latter is the controlling field. PSDEC = paper-screening decision and will give your point-count SELDEC = selection decision If the SELDEC reads "0", it means no selection decision was recorded. If it reads "1", it means "approved"; "4" means "interview waived". CIC appears to be accepting both 1 and 4 as constituting a qualifying "selection decision" in order to avoid the 87.4 guillotine -- but only if, to the right, the date is earlier than 29 March 2012. When you access your filed, ask for both (a) the electronic file (CAIPS or GCMS, the system which replaced CAIPS last year) and (b) for the "physical file". If you request the latter, the visa post will have to copy every page in your file, send it to Ottawa for review, after which it will be released to you. Imagine if all 105,000 FSW applicants, whose files were.pending on 31 Decembere 2011, made this request. The Minister might decide that it would be more cost-effective to process the files than to copy each and everyone one of them. If you follow this approach, you might write something along the following lines: RE: visa post / file number / name / date-of-birth Please find attached the requisite forms and payment receipt for accessing my immigration file, including the CAIPS/GCMS notes. THE CAIPS/GCMS notes may be sent separately and in advance of the rest of the material. Please use this email address for communicating with me. Your ignoble savage, This approach should elicit receipt of your CAIPS notes fairly quickly (by CIC standards).

All because of love！ 超赞 赏 B beifeng1995 0$(VIP 0) 1,2382012-10-22#12 回复: Accessing your File _by TIM简单地说，给ClC找个体力活，在ClC access form的C选项中，选择physical file, 无论是否S2，ClC需提每人数百页的实物文件供查询自己算个小帐吧，每人数百页，千人尼?万人尼?当然不能指望十万人统一行动有同学对时间有疑问，按程序要求，应在一月内给出查询结果，程序也允许顺延一个月，当前ClC是一定顺延的. 但如果ClC完全不受理，完全不合作，也违反程序，会给他带来新问题如果万众一心，ClC会权衡，到底处理积案还是去给每人拷贝数百页的文件
