回复: 上诉有什么进展，求解答……上诉才刚刚开始，双方连书面辩论都还没开始提交。今年不要有任何指望了。 关于退费，Bellissimo认为没必要主动去填表联系CIC： If Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has not contacted you with respect to the termination of your application there is no need to contact CIC. Also, the Federal Court of Appeal has allowed the parties additional time to agree upon the administrative management of the appeal. We will update you accordingly. 这一点他和TIM的意见完全不同。 上诉院给了双方时间去商谈有关上诉如何运作的协议。我想Bellissimo肯定会要求CIC不准强制给起诉人退费，CIC会先把没起诉的人的钱退了。
