1。委托（授权）书是 IMM5475E；申请书是 5563B，对吗？2。授权书中 :(1) Name of office where the application was submitted ( 网签的，填Online Application,可以吗？）（2）Location of office ( 网签的，空着，可以吗？）（3）Your Client Identification (ID) or Unique Client Identifier(UCI)number identification number ( 网签，只有一个Application number,填这个行吗？）谢谢！！
