今年一月办的rogers计划，半年的contract，7月到期，如今鉴于太贵，每月平均5，60，就改办了bell做promotion的28/月的包税计划，今天下午刚transfer过去。 我一般是每月10号的结帐日，所以昨天缴的钱，transaction date是9月12日，如果按照正常程序，到下月10号左右再缴费，可今天回来上网一查，竟然又给我一个bill，到期是10月1日，而且是$62，我这个月用都还没开始用，而且当时rogers计划的每月税后$31，这62都无从说起啊，我又查了transaction history，里面每月都有pay钱，而且我都是一次付清，不存在拖欠rogers钱的问题了 大家知道这种情况吗？

回复: 今天从rogers转到bell,为啥rogers又charge我？charges apply to you from your day of activation until end of the first billing period, calcultion based on how many days you used. say 60 msf /30days*days of usage.it is called partial chrges.Then a full month charges apply after that in a regualr manner.Monthly regualr charges are billed in advance so when you see your first bill it is composed of this partial charge plus the regular monthly charges for the full month.The usage charges like long distance, overage, roaming for the full month is charged in the next bill.when you activate an account you will be randomly given a bill close date and you will pay partial charges from day of activation till that close day, same for everyone.this is my understanding. not sure about $62 you mentioned though

回复: 今天从rogers转到bell,为啥rogers又charge我？normal porting in/out from cell to cell take 2.5 business hours and landline to cell is 2-3 business days, it can take one in some cases based on coordination among telecom carriers
