The System File Checker tool scans system files and replaces incorrect versions of the system files by using the correct versions. To run the System File Checker tool, follow these steps: 1.Click Start, and then type cmd in the Start Search box. 2. Right-click cmd in the Programs list, and then click Run as administrator. 3.If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type your password or click Continue 4.At the command prompt, type the following line, and then press ENTER: sfc /scannow When the scan is complete, test to see whether the issue that you are experiencing is resolved.

回复: 业余时间解决大家电脑问题你好，这个看情况肯能是你路由器设置的问题，你可以登陆到路由器管理界面，看看是否启用了MAC地址过滤，如果启用了，你就要把你神州的MAC地址输入进去。还有就是DHCP功能是否启用，如果启用啦，看看网卡是否选择的是自动获取IP地址。还有个办法就是把你的路由器还原出厂设置，不过你要提前把如何配置上网的用户名和密码保存下来。若还是不行，就到官网下载相应的网卡驱动，你把笔记本的SN输入到官网就可以查到对应的驱动。重新卸载网卡，然后重装更新的驱动。
