Position: Unix Developer Location: Mississuaga, ON, Canada Experience: 1 to 8 years (Looking for multiple open positions varying from junior to Senior levels.) Skill Set: A skilled user of Unix with good applied knowledge of process management, job scheduling, regular expressions, file systems, memory management, sed and awk, Shell or Perl scripting. You also possess knowledge of XML and Document Type Definitions (DTD), software development life cycle (SDLC) and different types of testing. Knowledge of SQL and the Financial Information eXchange (FIX) protocol, a background of Computer Science will be advantageous. Must be versatile team players with excellent analytical, presentation and inter personal skills and having an aptitude to learn and adapt quickly. Candidate will be working on a critical project out of our Mississauga based Development center in Canada for one of the world’s largest, leading and highly diverse investment banking companies, giving himself an opportunity to interact with some of the finest minds on the Wall Street.
