我07年02月短登，已经拥有“枫叶卡”，今年的7月将从上海的一所大学毕业，8月准备长登并希望入读Fanshawe College的co-operative 项目，但为什么一定要在这个"ontariocolleges.ca" 地方申请，而不能直接在范沙理工学院的网站上申请？请各位大师帮忙，多谢！

Students who fulfill both the academic and co-op requirements of the program will be eligible to graduate with a co-op endorsed diploma.
