We value people who demonstrate creativity, innovation, and a commitment to deliver quality software every time.We are looking for Senior Developers and Team Leaders to join our staff. You will be responsible for contributing to the design of, and implementation of various web related projects, as identified by the management. These are web-enabled, multithreaded database server applications providing management of subscribers, security, and distribution of data.The senior Developer or Team Lead will be an individual who has worked in a team of 4+ PHP developers and is comfortable with either leading or mentoring the more junior and intermediate developers as well as helping them with understanding how to estimate assignments. Other skills include project planning, test planning, development scheduling, tracking, and strong written and verbal communication. Customer interface skills will be beneficial.Experience Required: Candidates should have experience in successful delivery of high quality, scalable commercial products and technical design and implementation experience in the following areas:・ SQL database programming・ PHP Version 5・ OO development・ Web Programming・ RDBMS Programming Platform Experience should include one or more of the following: Solaris, Linux, Mac OSX, FreeBSD or IBM AIX.
