本人在国内汽车制造业企业从事采购工作多年，想去温哥华。 拥有管理学硕士学位，想考出CIPS证书（英国皇家采购与供应认证体系）该证书能否帮助我在温哥华找到专业对口的工作！ 请有经验人士多多指教！

回复: 拥有CIPS证书能否在温哥华找到采购类的工作actually, in my opinion, there is NO auto industry in Canada, no auto brand in canada, just has 1 or 2 installation factorys. 2 weeks agao, GM just decided to fire about 1400 people and close fully its transmission gear factory on second season in 2010, so you can figure out what it means.For CIPS, it would be better than have nothing on certification. buyer needs high-level negotiation skill and excellent oral english, native culture background as well, so depends on yourself. first several years, mission impossible......
