我是一个developer，刚来不知道，当时老板问工资时，自己开口说了11元，现在了解好像和平均线差了很多吧，请问如何想老板开口加薪？请各位指点，谢谢！

回复: 请问能要求加薪？不是低了点，是太低了点。和你的老板说，当时你不知道行业情况，现在希望老板能给你加到合适的水平，比如25.如果他勉强给你加到15，16的，那就赶快跳槽。
