非常感谢 Name XXXXXDesignation XXX EngineerDepartmentCivil & Structural DivisionRO Mr Kim LauWork Week 5.0 days work week Eligible ForAnnual Wage Supplement (the 13th Month Bonus) Variable Bonus (subjected to individual performance) Contract Period 24 Months Monthly Salary SGD$6,100Total Mthly Cash SGD$6,100 Leaves Annual Leave18 days per calendar year Sick Leave21 days per calendar year Medical BenefitsCore amount of $300 Optional Benefits for Medical & Dental ClaimsInsurances Group Personal Accident$50K + Options to increase coverageGroup Hospitalisation and SurgeryRoom & Board $170/day + Options to increase coverageGroup Term Life$100k + Options to increase coverage

回复: 请教熟悉新加坡薪水制度的高人Hi as for your Q, hope my experience there can help a bit:1. there is no difference if you are under Work Permit or Employment Permit because there is no direct deduction of tax from Salary in Singapore, so your gross pay should be your net pay. If you are Singapore PR, you may need to contribute CPF (kind of pension) for yourself (contribution rate of Employer & employee are as follows: Year 1: 4% & 5%, Y2: 9% & 15%, Y3 and after will be same as all citizens 14.5% & 20%) in this case, your net pay will be your Gross pay minus your employee CPF contribution %. don't worry, all CPF will go into your own account, you can withdraw all of them at the time you your PR expire or you want to cancel it. 2. not very sure, but $300 per month seems too much, should be a year, it will not be paid to you, there should be a medical card for you, when you go to see doctor, they will deduct from your company account. normally for a normal flu or headache, about $20 to $40 per visit including medicine. 3. Insurance, you can take over the insurance if you leave which means you pay the premium yourself, I do not think there will be any continuous insurance for you once you leave the company.4: Guess, Report officer Not sure whether I am clear or really answered you, anyway, It's a good offer considering the low expense in Singapore, almost no tax if comparing to Canada. my personal opinion for your reference only.
