回复: 求问国内外企有几年IMS 和XPON(GPON/EPON) Demand Planning 经验的好找工作吗？PON绝对是未来的重要趋势。目前加拿大运营商最大的战场还不是高速无线网络，而是高清tv。而这个东西的接入速率至少要在20m以上，不用pon的话根本无法想象。就我了解的信息，运营商在这一块上的高投入已经尝到了甜头，接下来几年会持续投入。但是这个东西也有很多方向啊，工程，销售，研发。不知兄是哪块。

煮饭侠回复: 求问国内外企有几年IMS 和XPON(GPON/EPON) Demand Planning 经验的好找工作吗？没仔细看，需求分析，也就是规划？这个需要比较强的沟通和写作能力。可能工程类的会相对多一些。但和国内不同，这边的technician需要熟悉各种网络设备，不只是PON。以lz的经历，稍微熟悉一下传统的语音、传输和供电设备，应该不难。
