雅虎创始人杨致远辞职 酋长的辞职信 雅虎公司17日晚些时候宣布,公司联合创始人、前任首席执行官杨致远已经从公司董事会辞职。 雅虎公司表示,杨致远将同时辞去雅虎日本和中国阿里巴巴集团董事会的职位。 杨致远在1995年和大卫费罗(David Filo)一起创办了雅虎公司,并从1995年3月起担任公司董事至今;雅虎公司在1996年上市,杨致远从2007年7月到2009年1月间任职雅虎公司首席执行官。 杨致远在辞职的同时也力挺董事会主席罗伊・博斯塔克(Roy Bostock)和新任CEO斯考特・汤普森(Scott Thompson),表达了对二人的支持。杨致远的辞职信(双语): To: all yahoos 致雅虎全体员工: I wanted to address all of you on the news we've just announced. The board of directors and I have agreed to initiate a succession process for the ceo role of yahoo. Roy Bostock, our chairman of the board, is leading the effort to identify and assess potential candidates for consideration by the full board.
