Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree on Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering • 3 to over 7 years related experience.• Excellent analytical and debugging skills and the ability to proactively solve issues. • Excellent teamwork and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.• Proven ability to learn and adapt to new methodologies and technologies.• Proficient in VHDL and/or Verilog.• Proficient in C and assembly for embedded devices/• Experience in designing, implementing, and verifying VHDL or Verilog based designs• Knowledge of MIPS architecture is preferred. • Experience with scripting languages such as Tcl/Tk or Perl.• Protocol knowledge and experience in storage protocols such PCIe, SAS, SATA, DDR, ONFI and/or Toggle will be an asset.• Working knowledge with verification tools such as Cadence NC-Sim, Paladium, or other similar tools. • Working knowledge of SoC design processes (design, verification, co-verification, implementation, layout) and flows.
