5楼的哈法已经把原文拷过来了，具体就是，如果你有工作签证，在安省工作6个月以上，你的配偶和孩子都可以申请健康卡。建议楼主带上工签，工作6个月的居住证明，和孩子的出生纸或者类似出生证明什么滴，去Service Canada就行了。
