我们一家三口08年3月登陆加拿大,老婆打工约$8000,本人上学,今年第一次报税,用UFILE软件,结果退税显示没有联邦的WITB,原因可能是我们08年没全年在加拿大:You are 19 years of age or older on December 31, 2008; andYou are a resident of Canada for income tax purposes throughout 2008.但是在政府网站,但政府网站http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/bnfts/wtb/fq_qlfyng-eng.html写明了你有配偶或小孩,还是有资格领取,不知道我的理解对不对?文字如下,供大家参考:2. She attended university full-time in 2008.
