之前看的帖子上说First Home 不仅是在加拿大，全球的都要算，但我看CRA网站上也没有特别说明是 Global， 也没有说明是在Canada, 这个如何界定的？ 我之前国内有房子，2011年卖掉了，然后2012年在温哥华买了自己居住的房子，能算是First Home Buyer吗？ 请过来人指点。 非常感谢！！！ [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]You can claim an amount of $5,000 for the purchase of a qualifying home made in 2012, if both of the following apply:[/FONT]you or your spouse or common-law partner acquired a qualifying home; andyou did not live in another home owned by you or your spouse or common-law partner in the year of acquisition or in any of the four preceding years (first-time home buyer).
