Job Description: NCO Group in Surrey is looking to expand their call centre team with dynamic individuals. The role of technical support is a challenging mix of customer service and technical know how. If you are comfortable trouble shooting and problem solving between soft ware and hard ware problems, this is the job for you! Requirements: * Answer incoming phone calls Best Buy Technical Support line, providing a high degree of professional and technically superior assistance. * Perform all proceedures completely and accurately. This includes Best Buy documented problem diagnosis and troubleshooting proceedures, documenting and coding properly, and providing customers with proper documentation. * Provide feedback to Best Buy regarding what we can do to improve the customer experience, including but not limited to recommending changes to our client base. *Effectively troubleshoot issues and communicate resolution to the customer's issue. * Ensure that all issues and requests for service are processed correctly and in a timely manner. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: - A+ Certified - Internet Savvy (Internet Explorer) - ISP connections - PC Architecture - Windows XP/200ME/98/WTN Knowledge prefered and Outlook Express - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Internet conductivity issues and perforn Email configurations as well as software upgrades. - Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and listening. - Analytical problem solving skills; linear and logical troubleshooting skils. - Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
