今天下午4点多看见SURRY那边冒出一大股浓烟，持续半个多小时，期间有4架飞机不停地在周围盘旋。好可怕！想到了911。

No injuries were reported but the ambulance service had paramedics on the scene as a precaution.When buyers were lining up to purchase units in the project in May, Quattro billed itself as Surrey's largest ever commercial and residential project. Hydro spokesman Dag Sharman said the power interruption was for safety reasons. "As soon as it's safe, it will be restored,'' he said. The outage impacted an area bordered by the Fraser River, 104th Ave, and 130th to 154th Street.
