Customer Service Representative ? G3 Genuine Guide Gear Inc.Full-time, seasonal (October, 2009 ? April 15th, 2009) North Vancouver, BCG3 Genuine Guide Gear has been making innovative and guide-worthy backcountry equipment since 1995. The company is entering a phase of major growth with the release of our new ONYX AT binding and our new ski program, and is looking for a talented individual to support that growth as our new full-time seasonal Customer Service Representative. As the Customer Service Representative, your primary task will be answering product and service enquiries from G3 Authorized Retailers and end-consumers. You will report to the Customer Service Manager (CSM), and will assist with all aspects of G3 customer service. The successful candidate will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a proven track record of exceptional customer service, and a deep appreciation of the outdoors. Experience/Qualifications:・ 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the outdoor industry.・ Above-average analytical and time-management skills, and a pro-active work attitude.・ A true belief in the concept of service and a commitment to creating exceptional service experiences for our customers.・ A passion for the outdoors and a personal history with skiing and/or other snowsports (knowledge of G3 products will be considered hugely beneficial).・ Strong Microsoft Office skills.・ A university degree would be considered beneficial. Responsibilities will include:・ Responding to all North American account & end-consumer communication.・ Supporting G3’s online ordering and information portal and recommending improvements.・ Assisting the CSM with G3’s warranty process.・ Assisting the CSM with the creation of sales and service documents.・ Assisting the CSM with G3 Athlete, Mountain Professional, and Partnership Programs.・ Assisting with social networking and other marketing / communications functions as needed.・ Assisting with forecasting, sales, and allocation/logistics as needed.・ Assisting in the shop with ski mounting and warranty fixes as needed.
