在完成T1表时，发现与去年略有不同。 1：填表开始需要回答是否有价值超过10万的海外资产。此项去年没有。 想了解，这是指一个人，还是指全家？我当初没有申报海外资产。 2：今年T1表中的利息收入LINE121需要附表4，去年没要求。 表4中需要“specify"你的利息收入，如何写呢？其中还要求“Income from foreign sources"，不知道该如何填写。比如，因为去年买房，连自家和借亲朋好友的钱都汇过来，这样产生的利息该如何填写表4呢？ 谢谢！

回复: 今年报税中遇到的问题，请明白人指点。1. 你自己。A husband and wife have a joint foreign bank account and joint ownership of other foreign property. The total cost of the jointly-owned foreign property is $180,000. Are they required to file Form T1135? If yes, who has to report? The proportionate ownership of the foreign property is based on the amount contributed by each person. For example, if both the husband and the wife each contributed $90,000 of the total cost, neither one of them would have to file, as long as this is their total interest in foreign property.However, if the contribution by either one of them is more than $100,000, that person has to file Form T1135. Form T1135 must be filed by:Canadian resident individuals, corporations, and trusts that -- at any time during the year -- own foreign investment property (called "specified foreign property") costing more than $100,000。记住：不包括自住房。但是在买卖的时候，一个家庭只能有一套自住房，第二套升值要交税 However, foreign investment property does not include:personal-use property, that is, any property used mainly for personal use and enjoyment, such as a vehicle, vacation property, jewellery, artwork, or any other such propertyassets used only in an active business, such as a business inventory or the equipment and building used in a business.

Use the Bank of Canada exchange rate that was in effect on the day you received the income. If you received the income at different times during the year, use the average annual exchange rate. The average monthly rate and the daily rate are available by visiting the Bank of Canada Web site.
