Executive Assistant /Personal Assistant? Vancouver DowntownThe Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant role reports directly to the president and CEO.Main responsibilities include managing multiple calendars, scheduling logistics for various business and travel activities, maintaining project files, and performing research for and carrying out special projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is essential. Valid driver’s license is a must and access to own vehicle strongly recommended. Responsiveness, ability to multi-task, and a great sense of humour are definite assets!Basic skills you have: 1.University or college graduate2.2-5 years experience assisting C-level executives in a business environment3.Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, proactive, and confident4.Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are a must 5.Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesEssential skills you must have: •Managing multiple calendars, including CEO appointments and meetings•Assisting with correspondence (email, mail, phone)•Drafting and/or editing business, marketing, and other documents•Sourcing new suppliers and managing current suppliers where needed•Booking travel and coordinating travel schedules for managers and employees•Maintaining vehicle(s) (insurance, servicing)•Managing expenses and payments•Planning special events and activities•Completing miscellaneous tasks/projects as needs require
