I was so upset just being in the office and waiting to have a talk and have a consultation. I wanted to walk right out. This is the last time I'll ever be walking back into that office ever again. Such a disrespectful dentist. Dr Zhang was a half hour late because she was dealing with another patient. I thought it had just run longer than expected, but later I caught a glimpse of the patient schedule, which showed that our appointments were scheduled that way! At my last appointment, Dr Zhang said that they would be simple extractions, done one at a time. When I got into the chair, she wanted to extract both teeth surgically that day! They had to re-anesthetize me several times. She gave up halfway through stitching me closed. She prescribed me an antibiotic and some T3 and told me to take some immediately, and not to eat for a few hours. This advice landed me in the ER with crippling stomach pains. When I showed him the medications, the doctor knew right away that I had taken them on an empty stomach. He said that Dr Zhang had seriously overprescribed me. I brought up these concerns with Dr Zhang at the followup but she brushed them off.Was this rating useful? 2 flag | Submitted June 1, 2013 5Staff 1Punctuality 1Helpfulness 1KnowledgeI went to Dr. Zhang at Wesbrook Village dental, her English was horrible, I could not understand a word she was saying. She told me I had 5 cavities.. I went to another doctor for a second opinion and they said I had one. She has horrible patient care, and clearly just wanted my money. The dental assistant and the receptionist were very happy and friendly. I will not go back to Dr. Zhang.Was this rating useful? 2 flag | Submitted September 15, 2012

确实如此。有朋友在那里吃了乱收费，下手狠的苦头。一次都嫌多。唯一能做的: 远离。
