Yesterday is history,tomorrow is coming, but today is present！回复: 多久可以收到牛奶金这个月是20号发牛奶金，税务局的电话提示如果27号还没有收到才可以打电话问。一般来说19/20号左右发钱，5天后还没有收到的，才打电话。
