老公想去美国发展，那边机会多，同等的工作工资又高，但是又担心办不下来绿卡。想请教一下，加拿大人在美国工作，如果没有绿卡会有什么不好的地方吗？

没有工作签证，作为VISITOR，不是也可以呆在美国吗？

我听说TN签证的有效期是三年，那在三年之内，如果换工作期间，有几个月的时间没有工作，是否仍然可以呆在美国呢？
